On Dec. 19, wear your ugly Christmas sweater and register at the Player’s Club between 6 PM and 8 PM. At approximately 8:30 PM, the following three prizes will be awarded to the best ugly Christmas sweaters:

1^st Place: 500 Cash

2^nd Place: $350 Cash

3^rd Place: $150 Cash

Official Rules

MegaStar Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation (“Nation”), a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. MegaStar Casino is giving away a total of $1,000 total in first, second, and third place during our “Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D. and must be a MegaStar Casino Player’s Club card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: Employees of MegaStar Casino; Employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
On Thursday, December 19, 2024, all patrons who wear an Ugly Christmas Sweater to the casino will be eligible to register at the Player’s Club and participate in the “Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest”. Registration will take place from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. At approximately 8:30pm, three (3) winners will be chosen as the best Ugly Christmas Sweaters and will receive prizes as follows:
- 1^st Place – $500 Cash
- 2^nd Place – $350 Cash
- 3^rd Place – $150 Cash
Patrons are not allowed to wear a mask or facial covering while participating in the “Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest”. Weapons of any kind, real or replica, are not permitted.
1. Patrons are allowed to wear a mask or face covering when judging of Ugly Christmas Sweaters take place.
Patrons must be present to win. Judges will be chosen at random by MegaStar Casino Management.
MegaStar Casino’s management will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before the prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Nation in a manner deemed by the Nation to be fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all patrons. In addition, the Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from gameplay, patrons may file a ‘Prize Claim’ with the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time, or event, which shall govern this promotion.
