Join us on Thursdays, May 8 and 22, as we hold hot seat drawings from 6 PM – 9 PM. At these times, we’ll award a total of $4,100 in cash and Free Play through ten drawings each night.

Official Rules

MegaStar Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation (“Nation”), a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. MegaStar Casino is giving away a total of $8,200 in Cash and Free Play throughout the “May Madness” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D. and must be a MegaStar Casino Player’s Club card member with complete and accurate information to be eligible to participate or win during this promotion. The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: Employees of MegaStar Casino; Employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
On the following Thursdays – May 8 and 22 of 2025, drawings will be held every thirty minutes from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A total of $4,100 in Cash and Free Play will be awarded as two (2) $250 Cash, two (2) $300 Cash, three (3) $200 Cash and $250 Free Play, and three (3) $250 Cash and $300 Free Play prizes. Patrons must be present and actively playing with their MegaStar Player’s Club card properly inserted into an electronic gaming machine during the duration of each drawing to be eligible for random selection.
- In order to qualify as “actively playing”, a patron must have their MegaStar Player’s Club card properly inserted into an electronic gaming machine at the time of each drawing and have placed a wager at the machine within five (5) minutes of drawing time.
- Winner(s) will be announced and have a total of three (3) minutes to respond. However, if the announced winner does not respond during the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.
- Patrons will receive the Cash and Free Play prize once their name is chosen and they provide a valid photo I.D., MegaStar Casino Player’s Club card, and show up within the allotted time to claim.
- Limit one (1) prize per patron, per drawing during promotion.
- MegaStar Casino’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
- Casino management reserves the right to ask a patron(s) who are not actively playing to relinquish their electronic gaming machine.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permissions for the Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before the prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Nation in a manner deemed by the Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all patrons. In addition, the Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time without any notice. Upon any dispute resulting from gameplay, patrons may file a ‘Prize Claim’ with the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
