On January 6 and 20, and February 3 and 24, earn points on your Player’s Club card from 8 AM to 11:59 PM to receive $40 in Free Play. Once you reach the required point level, your Free Play will be available at any participating e-game.

Official Rules

MegaStar Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”), a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. On Tuesdays January 6, January 20, February 3, February 24, 2026, MegaStar Casino is giving away non-cashable Free Play during our “Spin & Win Rewards Earn and Get” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a MegaStar Casino Player’s Club card member, with complete and accurate account information, to be eligible to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: Employees of MegaStar Casino; Employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred form any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning on Tuesdays January 6, January 20, February 3, February 24, 2026, at 8:00am through 11:59pm, patrons who earn forty (40) points on their Player’s Club cards are eligible to receive $40 in non-cashable Free Play by doing the following:
1. Patrons who earn a minimum of forty (40) points on their MegaStar Casino’s Player’s Club card properly inserted into a participating electronic gaming machine, will be eligible to receive $40 in Free Play.
2. All Free Play offers are non-cashable and non-transferrable.
3. Patrons will be able to obtain their Free Play at any participating electronic gaming machine once they have reached the required point level.
4. Patrons may only receive the “Spin & Win Rewards Earn and Get” offer one (1) time each Tuesday for the duration of this promotion.
5. MegaStar Casino’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each New Member’s eligibility.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winners’ permission for the Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release before the prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Nation in a manner deemed by the Nation to be fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all patrons. In addition, the Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, patrons may file a ‘Prize Clain’ with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
